Beauty is the beauty of the family. That is why we gave her the name Beauty. She is very beautiful with her big dark eyes. And she knows that she is beautiful. She is a little dog with a lot of self-confidence. She is the leading bitch and very bossy with the other Chihuahuas of the family. If there is something she does not agree with she gets very offended. And there is no doubt; if we have done anything wrong, she shows us right away.

Even though she is a small Prima Donna she has a mother’s heart of gold. She proved that to us when in December 2003 she gave birth to six puppies. A litter of six puppies is a large litter for a Chihuahua and to start with we were a little worried because it was her first litter. However, Beauty took very good care of the little ones and they all became healthy and strong.

Beauty is also the family’s watchdog. She goes on patrol around the garden every 15 minutes.

Nusta is the happy clown of the family. She is very happy and she treats life as a beautiful gift, every day. She is a fantastic mother and she is very good as an aunt to new puppies in the family. She plays with them and takes very good care of them. She is not very happy to do what she is being told. She ignores when she is told what to do – she prefers to play instead. She is a very beautiful show dog and she loves to show herself in the ring.

She is very loving and gives many kisses all day long. When she gets tired she comes and lies on my lap. And if I do not have the time she follows me until I sit down. She is very demanding.
